KZA Realty Group Inc. recently won a seven-year lease of a newly renovated office space in the Fordham neighborhood of the Bronx. The commercial space located on the second floor of the Poe Building on the Grand Concourse will be an extension of Health Acquisition Corp’s Elara Care Group; a leading provider of home care services.

Kathy Zamechansky of KZA Realty Group represented the owner, Poe Affiliates, L.P., during the January negotiations for the commercial space at 2432 Grand Concourse along with lessee’s representative, Alex Foley, Vice President of the commercial space. Swearingen Realty Group, LLC, both were able to arrange mutually beneficial terms which were accepted by both parties. In total, the space will be leased for the next 7 years, with the option to extend for another 5 years, at a price of $34/ft2, or a total of $3.3 million by Health Acquisition Corp.
